The present deals with the principles of conceptualization of a religions intellect. The phenomenon hasn't been studied sufficiently in a social and spiritual life of human society. The fact that a person has a religions intellect helps him to improve in terms of his mystical experience, to learn the invisible, intangible. A religions intellect is a social and psychological feature of a human being. It determines the level of his belief and his spiritual experiences. It also has intellectual and emotional features.
